Two New Looks

I'm excited for two new looks today: one for my blog and one for me! I totally swooned when I saw how cute Sweet Simplicity's blog makeover was, and decided I needed one, too. Actually, I tried to spiff up my blog myself, but quickly remembered the point that I always come back to: professionals exist for a reason. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Hilary at Simply Yours comes up with!

I'm also going to get an eye exam and then a new pair of glasses. I've been squinting with my current glasses for a while now, so I think it's time. I definitely want to see better, plus I need to prevent those crows feet that squinting can cause! I've looked around at what kinds of frames are out there, and it's a lot of thick-ish plastic, which will definitely get your glasses noticed, but I'm not sure I'm so into that anymore. I had this style of glasses when I went to college, and let me tell you, I had to look everywhere to find these back in 1999. Now, it's totally a trend and they are everywhere.

Now, off to mail my Pink Swap package and possibly stop at Starbucks to try one of those delicious cupcakes I've been hearing so much about!
